Comnet constantly monitors all pricing changes as they occur in the cached database. When a price is significantly reduced and has a departure date of within 40 days, the item is automatically placed in the Sell Off database. Users search the Sell Off database the same way that they search the normal database. The information presented in the result set will fall into the categories listed above. If the agent sees something they like, they click on the tour operator and the session is routed directly to the "live" tour operator inventory where the pricing and availability are verified on-line and the booking can take place.
