Travel agents use the Internet and customer provided hardware to connect to the Comnet gateway. Once identified through user name and password, the agent is presented with the Navitour menu. It is from this menu that the travel agent accesses the product or service of his choice.

All supplier user names and passwords are embedded into the browser script files so the user does not have to enter them each time he accesses the program.

The entire process for a travel agent to sign up for Navitour is automated. The travel agent can begin to use the product immediately upon receiving passwords from the tour operators.

There is little or no training required. Distribution is done electronically and availability is immediate. There is minimal manual intervention involved in the whole process.
